Unfortunately the unit i received would not download the forecast from dark sky even though i know it was properly configured as i could see my weather data from the sensor on weather underground

I contacted becky ray received a prompt reply‘s and i replacement unit within a week being told i could keep the original

I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing all the negative reviews about the exact issue i had i felt i had to in case others never tried reaching out to customer support for help
