With a 1 philips screwdriver remove the two tiny screws holding the tipping mechanism remove the mechanism

Really good rainge gauge that’s all it does but it does it well i always know when the rain starts by the alarmhave had the sensor collector months no maintence and accurate just place out side no overhangs and it worksby rf batteries may need a yearly change freezin dosent seem to stop it it of course dosen record snow

The uv rays of the sun are hard on the plastic and cause it to get brittle
