Pros & Cons

Pros

This is the only place i have been able to find activated charcoal in pellet form. These are pellets which is a lot less messy and i feel like i don't lose as much out of the filter material itself.

This is the best price i have found for this type of item. That is a deal that cannot be beat. It's perfect if you use a little.

Cons

Several of my fish died within 3 days of adding this to filter my aquarium. This product isn't granulated - it's more like small sticks. Makes the water very hazy.

I'm glad it was cheap and i didn't end up wasting a bunch of money. These are so not worth it! Threw it away. Do not recommend.

Competitiveness

I won’t ever know because as long as this product is available i won’t bother spending a fortune on lomi brand pellets

Ive found that it works better than bio balls or the ceramic rings and costs less than most of the ceramic rings
