Pros
Electronic muffs block my own duck calls making it hard to call. They react well to sudden loud noises preventing damage to your ears. Works in dampening the loud impulse noises from shooting.
Originally used cheap green foam plugs for band practice. These ear plugs work great for gardening use with gasoline powered trimmers, blowers, etc. I believe they are the best calibrated devices for the money.
Cons
Foam earplugs from work are much more comfortable and tone many more decibels out than these. The hard stiff baffles are nowhere as pliable and conforming as my 35 year old pair that i am reusing.

Earplugs designed with the internal baffle are intended to be used for loud short blast type protection like the shooting sports
With the high pressure wave from the blast the baffle closes but then shortly relaxes back and allows you to hear ambient sounds

Another merchant was 23 the price but came out close with the shipping added
A little high priced but it included shipping
Packaging/appearance
Only 18 db as per the packaging
Competitiveness
They are definitely better than some cheaper ones i bought at a well known super store

You can hear normal speech yet when the gun goes off it damps the sound so your ears arent ringing

I dont recommend for use with high powered rifles or in an enclosed gun range

These dont have high db ratings because the required testing is for sustained noise

These fail at protecting you from sustained noise because there is no blast to close the baffle

Thats why the gentlemen on the motorcycle found them to be poor protection
