Would not recommend for hiking or any other activity that would involve squeezing the bottles even a little like putting them in bottle pockets on your daypack
Disappointed with this purchase as both bottles were slowly but consistently leaking through the tiny hole at the top thats supposed to let air in i think i ended up with a wet back back through half of the trek until i manage to replace these with standard bottles and these were left behind in peru
