Minus one star because the gel packs only stay cold for about 15 mins

Icing helps me a lot and when i take off the aircast its mostly just to ice down

Someone else pointed out theres a hole in the back where the heel is and they didnt like that

If theres some reason you need ice right on your actual heel this might not be the right product

One other thing to consider if right on the edge of the sizing of the product is that too big can maybe be wrapped more but too small wont work

Maybe for most people sizing is easy but it seems im exactly average or something so it took me a return or two to get it right and it ended up larger worked
