Pros

These are the two strains that are most prone to causing cervical cancer. I was diagnosed with hpv and decided to take this supplement for four months.

Ahcc has hundreds of clinical studies to support its positive effect on immunity - from colds/flu protection to cancer and hiv/aids. If you believe you need ahcc, relentless improvement is the brand to buy.

Cons

This product does not use the ahcc, that's why its so much cheaper. They use manipulated fruiting bodies of mushrooms, not whole mature ones. Not recommended imo. Gave me a rash on my head. Had to go see a dermatologist.

I combined it with beta glucans from a different company

I cant say if one brand of ahcc i took was better than the other as far as viral elimination so i am leaving this review on both brands

I started taking a more expensive brand of ahcc for two months only to find that it gave me the runs
