Pros

It's comfortable and stays in place. Does the trick, stops your ankle from rolling and spraining. There is a foam lining that is very comfortable.

The ankle brace can be worn on the left or right side. The bottom piece slides under your shoe insole so you don't have to keep taking it out or put it on before putting on the shoe. They look a bit bulky for those with bigger calves but they get the ... Read More

It provides great stability by limiting the rotational movement but still allowing flexion and extension. I think this gave her more confidence because she is not going to hesitate jumping in fear of getting injured.

Cons

The ace ankle brace has way more support than this! The plate on the bottom that goes in your shoe, is so uncomfortable to walk on. I am a bit heavier now than i was back then, and this brace does not work if you have a small ankle but a large calf.
