Pros

Great isometric tool. Only issue is that it’s more geared towards upper body even during lower body exercises. The app shows so many more exercises i would never have thought of.

I find the app easy to navigate. The app is also functional. Only ssue is ui was hard to see on phone, but otherwise, it's fine.

The app combines real fitness with a game-like challenge. The games are entertaining and the workouts are approachable but challenging. I’m hoping, going forward, they develop the gaming aspect.

Price is right, and extremely durable. I'm a very critical shopper, especially when it comes to technology & new gadgets.

i love isometric training and thought this was going to be the product for me, however, i was pretty disappointed in that they only have one interface gam. They have major muscle groups labelled incorrectly! Those are not interchangeable.
