Pros
It helps to bring immediate relief, easing the aching etc. I assume the reviews complaining of discomfort or marks on their hands are due to ordering the wrong size.
Cons

Don't be misled by the images, this item is badly made. I have repetitive strain on my wrist and i felt this gave zero to no suppprt. It just isn't right for me. Pointless keeping it.

For years it hasnt been any trouble but recently it has begun to ache and throb a lot so much so i was unable to even lift a cup of tea without difficulty

The medium was too tight round the wrist the large was too loose around the thumb and palm

The bandages are coming undone at seams they are bobbling etc so will impact longevity
