Pros
Very comfy and doesn't dig in your hand. Helps relieve the stress on my wrist. Adjustable by adjusting the velcro tabs.
It relieves symptoms of carpal tunnel and repetitive strain injury perfectly. Support gives a modicum of protection and doesn't hinder use of fingers.
Cons
The metal pieces aren't really comfy and not seem to help much. Yes it is roundish to cup the 'heel' of the hand, but doesn't bend inward into the wrist. The baige is much more comfy.
Absolute rubbish. Poorly made. Not built to last though.
