My almost 3 yr old is too young to swish but i dip his toothbrush in this and brush his teeth after toothpaste. Although it's for kids, he's now a teen and still using it with no cavities to date! More fluoride than regular act!
The flavor is not overwhelming, and the mouthwash itself doesn't have that burning quality that a lot of mouthwashes do. Act is the only brand i use for anti cavity rinses after brushing.
Rinsing with it is so much more enjoyable with a good flavor. Taste is really swell too.

Starts off tasting just fine but after a few swishes the secondary weird metallic chemical artificial taste gets really strong
