Wild watermelon is a watermelon mouthwash.
Cons
Pineapple and grape are terrible. They taste almost like a numbing agent, like orajel or something. The only good flavor is watermelon. The flavor is so overly synthetic it makes the mouthwash unusable.
This seems incredibly irresponsible and negligent on your end. You know the smell that comes from a garbage bin after you leave cantaloupe rinds, and raw chicken outside for a few days? We suspect it was old or tampered with.

I’m not like anaphylactic allergic but mint did cause an unpleasant numbing of the mouth sneezing and itching anywhere it touched the skin

You do need to watch younger kids as they may squeeze too hard resulting in a mess with mouthwash overflowing
