The taste is good enough and the mint is mild. It’s a sweet mint, not too “spicy”. My fav is cinnamon.

Noticed a whiter smile within 4 days. Glad i can whiten at the same time. My husband loves it and his teeth were already noticeably whiter after only a week.

Cons

Despite the mint flavoring it still taste very chemical snd it foams. Felt greasy on the outside of bottle as well. Why do these companies only sell products that discolor teeth?
