Very snug fit at least with my ears dont rely entirely on them though they only reduce the noise by 1017db but only on certain frequencies

Bought as a present user went to a heavy metal concert and was near the main speaker bank they said the protectors did an excellent job of reducing volume without spoiling their enjoyment of the music

With these earplugs in it dulls the loud noises explosions gunfire etc but you can still hear the talking very clearly
