The only thing to be aware of is that the two adjustable stops may not end up both being usable in every case

From then on theoretically you just pop the rail into your clamp and slide it against one stop or the other to quickly position your camera for either lens

In my case on my canon 7d2 crop body i use a 40mm pancake a 50mm prime and an 18135 zoom that i shoot at 35mm for panos and the nodal positions for all those are too close together to allow for the rear stop to remain installed in a working position

If you want the best quality panorama photos tat stitch more consistently and require less cropping then you should use a nodal rail together with a panoramic head and a leveling base
