It's wonderful to see a company so unwaveringly supportive of their customers. The instructions are clear and the replacement was easy-peasy. Their customer service is unmatched.
The sound is decent, volume is also decent. The replacements for the interior headphones seem to be considerably more sturdy.
I've been using this product in one incarnation or another for four years. There was not a choice for the upgrade and just ordered two sets. Decide when different p ar or stopped working to go back to the thinner ones.
It is now more of a soft cloth sheath that feels more flexible. It seems much more durable. Anything possessing a cord is a delicacy.
Cons
Replacement headphones are not what is pictured in the product pictures. Manufacturer, please use a more durable jack, or a jack that can be repaired by the owner. This particular version has a strange cord, not the plastic around the wire.

My only reason for 4 star rating is they seem a tad pricey
This set of replacement speakers is a little pricey but theyre easy to install and my sleepphones are good as new
Ive gone through about 34 pairs in the space of a year which is pretty costly
