One criticism though and why it only got 4 stars there is a little controller on the side that you can use to adjust the volume and i accidentally turnt it all the way down and actually thought the headphones broke and tried to return them because no matter how i turnt up my phone the volume didn’t increase

And there’s no way to lock it so periodically i have to turn it up

I tried putting the headphones under the cpap headgear and on top of the headgear but got frustrated when i would get tangled up in it

I cannot stand earbuds and headphones are annoying for jogging
