Get a drywall handsaw to cut your holes. The silicone keeps them locked in place very well, without any damage to the drywall.

Direct connect 14 gauged speaker wire to my vintage kenwood receiver. Fosi amp puts out 150 watts per channel at 8 ohms. Sounds better with a decent subwoofer.

Serioulsy they could just barely put the grills in for shipping but no they are all the way in

Packaging/appearance

The template they give you with each box is great

I installed these in the boxed in recessed lighting housing that spans my kitchen

Since the frame was plastic and packaging in good condition i think the defect happened during manufacturing

Building the box was time consuming but i had wall studs in the way that would not allow me to install them in the wall
