Pros

These are excellent slippers. I work from home so having a comfortable shipper shoe is a must. What i like best is the soft, padded insole that cradles my foot.

Overall, i'm pleased and i will buy them again if i need to with the hope they don't go back to their lack of quality in product and customer service. They last me a good 2-3yrs or so. Meantime, it's very hard to find them anymore on amazon.

They are firm but cushy. Great cushioning. They are completely washable with a load of laundry, and this fluffs them up also.

Cons

Made cheaply as is very uncomfortable between the toes. Black slippers were cheaply made, not as soft, the thong park was worn down and irritated my toes. Sole is hard stif and hollow. The toe thongs are completely different.

Like many other reviewers i have noticed a serious decline in quality

But if the quality remains the same i wont have a need to deal with customer service

I wish it was firmer to feel more stable and not wobbly when you walk with the sole being too squishy

Packaging/appearance

You can throw them in the washer and dryer and they come out fine

Competitiveness

Other acorn thongs were much better older models i uses to own for years
