I have rated the ezetow only four stars instead of five for two reasons the tiedown straps are made of fairly thin webbing and proper adjustment of them every time you tie down the car is bit of a hassle

The other reason i didnt give the ezetow five stars is because the loading ramps are nothing more than rhino plastic ramps like you might buy at wal mart

The ezetow does not have a movable plate to prevent this like some towdollies and perhaps it doesnt help that the prius steering is very tight when the power is off although the steering column on the prius does not lock
