These halva are just like the ones i got in jerusalem,creamy and melts just perfect the mouth. It's not too sickly, though i would prefer more of a vanilla flavour. Delicate texture, great taste.
Excellent halva and at a favourable price. A nightmare but one eventually learns. This halva is the way to go without the angst.

I have done it from making tahini then adding pistachio nuts and then trying to get the sugar syrup to the right temperature and putting all together before it goes solid in the pan
