Pros
One set concave the other convex. You get more, they feel better, and they're hella cute!
Cons
The 2 sets of concave grips offer very little grip. This usually happens on the right hand knob which is taller, if you apply much pressure they simply pop off. It is very frustrating as when this happens during gameplay.
They simply are too big to fit on a bare thumb stick, but fit fine over a thumbstick with the old pad. Do not fit snug. It's annoying when you get ripped off.

These work great as long as there is some rubber pad left on the stick for it to grip to

Just as good as the big brands for a fraction of the price
These are compatible with both oem microsoft xbox and powera xbox controllers
Nothing like my old softgel like xbox 360 controller
I have some 3rd party joycons vivefox that are comparable in size to xbox one analog sticks and they fit like a glove

Kept falling off the left joystick while playing call of duty and the right one just wasnt convenient

I got with the tall guy on the right for more accurate aiming and the short one on the left
