Pros

No-knead breads make an already simple process even simpler, and with very easy cleanup. Dry the tool immediately too, to prevent water seeping into joint or wooden handle.

Sturdy, well made and easy to rinse off under faucet and clean. The metal whisk is very securely attached to the wood handle. I like the danish dough whisk. I have small hands but i love holding the wood on these danish whisks it just feels really nic... Read More

I use this for anything that is batter or dough. I use an old sunbeam mixmaster for make things like my chocolate chip cookies but i have a hard time stirring the chips and batter as mine is a heavy batter.

I have arthritis and carpal tunnel in my wrist. This mixes my dough up quick and easy without over mixing.

These are made very sturdy and really help when mixing dough. They are well made & make blending ingredients so much easier.

Cons

Wooden handle has a large splinter right out of the box. This speaks low quality control. The most awful chemical smell.
