The backlit keyboard is not bright, can't be adjusted and goes out about 20 seconds after typing. The ac adapter is flimsy and already a bit loose. The battery is about 5 hours, not 10 hours.

The ram is not upgradeable which was nearly a deal breaker but 8gb seems to be enough for me for a laptop
