Oh boy once i made contact both service and support were quick to respond 24 hours and very helpful unfortunately there was no fix for the drive that i could perform thankfully acepc offered me a new replacement which i received in less than 10 days there were major lags with the additional hard drive while accessing media issues with updating os and connectivity issues but it was still usable for the most part
Until exactly 10 days after the warranty ran out then it died altogether and woudnt turn back on
