This is by far the most informative first aid book i own. First aid instructions for common injuries and conditions related to that * system. Could save a life with this info including your own.

It's convenient that it’s all in one place for her. Helpful to have around and read the basics. Written with everyone in mind.

Cons

The only advice this book gives is to call 911. Literally a total waste of time, insulting to the reader.
