On this one the compass ball gets caught so much on the inside of the plastic that you have to shake it every time you try to use it and it only works at all when the chain is hanging down so you have to be holding it in your hand it doesn’t work at all when the compass is hanging from the chain

One of the problems of inexpensive compasses is that you have to hold them level or the card hangs up on the case

Its small fits in a pocket without creating much bulk
