It was fairly easy to assemble took about 15 mins instructions very basic and not explanatory

Arrived promptly as expected and all parts were included even a couple of small cheap wrenches that i would not recommend using

The cinch straps are good enough to help keep them from sliding forward or backward but i wouldnt rely on them by themselves

The straps are very flimsy and we tried to use them just to get to the store with the kayaks to buy new ratchet straps but the kayak flopped around so hard even while secured that we did not feel safe driving with them

If you have the slightest bit of trouble go back to your safe space till you can figure out what bathroom to use or find someone with mechanical wherewithal to help your sad pathetic self out
