What a hunk of junk. Useless and cheaply made. It is useless.

This is the only thing i ever bought from amazon that was a disappointment. Would not recommend at all. Don't waste your money.

Every time i go to get counter service at the major shipping companies i wait at least 30 minutes

I contacted customer support and they sent me a new one the following day with a tracking number
