You have to recharge the electrodes every day

I already had 2 tens units that had cords and while they worked well enough i kept pulling the cords out or catching the cords on drawer or door handles

Cons the charge only lasts about 4 hours not great if you are planning a long plane flight and it takes an hour or more to charge the unit

Depending on where the electrodes are applied it may be difficult to turn back on when they go off

Also because i use the electrodes on my lower back i sometimes unsnap the electrodes from the sticky pads when i get up from a sitting position or when i have to pull up my pants

Then its hard to resnap the electrodes when they are on my lower back without help
