I often have lower back pain from consistent lifting and this helps greatly with the pain and discomfort. My only complaint is that when you place it in your front pants pocket while using it will become unlocked and stop massaging.

The accumed tens unit is worth every penny. Oh, and it is priced very reasonable. They are in the pricey side but definitely worth as it helps not only the back but all over the body!
