My only negative about this product is the case the housing for the head attachments are super loose so when you go to zip up and carry away the heads fall out and you can hear them clanking

Some people mentioned it and other devices lack power when i use it i do not hear the motor slow nor are the impacts obviously reduced

When she is in pain i mostly rub her shoulders as that is what hurts most however unless i use crushing pressure on her muscles she is not made comfortable
