Pros
The one downfall is that this vent protrudes from the floor more than the average vent does. It has a great design, damper functions great and is also made of plastic, so no rusty damper.
Cons
The description says that it's durable, but the bottom popped right off with the first step. This one broke as soon as someone stepped on it, i mean the very first time.

These are very cheap plastic weak and bendable definitely don’t recommend standing or walking directly on them or they will break

We have 12’ ceilings so it’s not easy to get up there

I used the old ceiling vent cover to mark the holes then made a template from my broken one do not use putty the underside of these is not smooth so there’s not really a way to attach without using a ton of the putty

So if you put this vent in an area with high traffic could be a trip hazard
