Easy to install. It mounts easily and, with minimal thumb action, makes that classic annoying bicycle bell sound.
Cons
It is very cheap for sure but not worth the hassle. I have zero faith that the working one would stay working for long.
The clamp for the handlebar is too small. This strap only allows for a 3/4 bar. I have a 2021 trek road bike and this will not fit on the handlebars or anywhere else on the bike.

But if you need to use a bell more than occasionally or just want a bell that seems like it will be reliable long term consider spending a little more for better quality

It’s too small for a handle bar that has wrapping around the handlebars

You could cut the wrapping off but then the ends would have to be taped down
