The product has a heavy quality feel to it and im very happy with it
The only thing that would make this even better if it came with the hi power charger suitable usb cable

The only problem ive had so far is when it gets really cold as it does here in michigan is that the arms wont close and grip the phone so basically the holder cant be used a good portion of the time right now
