Pros
The infamous "electric" tickle. The added caffeine is really nice as well as it gives you that little extra kick before you start working out. I am a caffeine * so for me 2 scoops.
Cons

Weird, flourescent blue colour. Terrible taste, binned after 2 tries. Not sealed correctly and that means moisture has got into the mix.
The main ingredient is caffeine. The rest of the ingredients are things like taurine and creatine.

Lovely tasting preworkout but dont feel it is as effective as some other drinks with the energy levels

Just don’t have a very strong coffee before you consume this unless you want to become a shaking wreck
