Has a nice rubberized coating for grip and weather resistance and it won't scratch your bike frame. It's super sturdy.

Cons

The strap that goes over the top of the lock is not long enough to actually fasten. There is no room to mount this in either place this is ridiculous. Not a new item which was not made clear when purchasing.
