Every physical body is different, so it make take a bit of trial and error with the sizing. The waist is comfortable, unlike multiple pair of yoga pants. Specie.
Mmhg is a quality product. I struggle with chronic venous insufficiency. The softness and ability to get them on without feeling like you have a tourniquet around your leg. Usually, i get socks that are 10-15 mmhg, so this one was double.

Amazon says they are returnable but don't be fooled. The material is itchy for me. They bunch around the ankles and at knees, causing a lot of discomfort.

They’re not exactly like leggings you’d wear by themselves because they’re a bit sheer—think of them more like footless tights so if you do wear them as leggings wear a top long enough to cover your rear end
