No pinching. They are looser around the waist and abs so it's not hard when you need the bathroom. They compress enough to meet the doctors requirements.
Cons
Compared to the stockings recommended by my cardiologist, there's no way these leggings were anywhere near 20/30mmhg. Also waist too tight. They are very tight at the ankle an be will cause more swelling in your feet.
Amazon says they are returnable but don't be fooled. Not my fingernails, my fingertips. Not a quality grade compression.
