Très bon. Tape works really well. Easy to rip.
Tape is good for jiu jitsu and also lifting weights. Perfect for workouts where it gets sweaty. Used for weightlifting for taping thumbs, high quality tape.
This brand also has a youtube instructional video on how to tape your fingers to create a functional splint. It prevents finger twisting for bjj.
