The memory foam is a bit stiff but ive found if you just press the ear cups firmly on to the sides of your head when you first out them on it instantly conforms to your face and holds that shape

My only con is that with glasses since the memory foam is so firm they wont sit naturally under the headphones you have to position them and then give the ear cups a press and then the headphones will end up holding your glasses in place instead of having them rest on your nose and ears

I was hesitant based on older reviews of the pads not glued properly and stiffness of pads but the more recent reviews seemed much better

Compared to the stock pads and brainwavz hm5s all variations none of which are circular
