Pros
The overhang is nice for shading customers or shielding product from the elements. Better than heavy pop up panels of the past.
It comes with 4 removable walls. The sides are easy to install and remove. Set up is easy with two people, we had four and it only took moments to get the roof up.
The wheels make it so you can haul it (but it's still heavy) the carrying case is a nice quality as well, there are wheels on the bottom to help move it around and handles along the midway and top. And packs up neatly in the roller case.
Cons
The velcro straps are too short.
The awning is quite disappointing. Not good for business, a needless injury/product damage possibility and a pain. This product suuucks. This company *.

I wouldnt necessarily expect blackout material in a canopy of this price but the pictures led me on a bit

I bought my 10x10 tent in june set it up as soon as it was delivered
I sent a message through amazon to see about how the buy replacement bags and never heard back from them
We wet this up in out driveway for a dry run for our markets to see it it would work and it arrived a day early

Competitiveness
Many fellow vendors have this same model
I do many vendor shows annually and this is the third and last canopy i will need to buy
I honestly think its actually easier to maneuver than the 10x10 tent we have from this same brand
While i haven’t had it in the rain yet fellow vendors at our market have had zero issues with it
