Pros
If you are looking for indian brand whey protein, then this is the one to go for. Great absorbency and slightly higher protein content than competitors. I consume it up water & creatine after workout.
Vanilla flavour is really well balanced. Choclate flavour is nice. Didn't have any issue like bloating and all.
Cons
This protein powder smells really good but taste quite bad. The mixability is really bad and the flavour isn't that great either.
