It’s sturdy and well made. Easy to store and very durable. Only complaint is that the lettering was already chipping away before first use.

Can do hamstrings too and obliques with right moves. Great for a good core workout. It’s a newer design than the gym uses.

The ab roller is great. Rolls smoothly on hardwood floors.
