At first there was a shipping problem with ups however the manufacturer aa products promptly shipped out a second ladder rack and i received it within 5 days and installed it in 2 hours after receiving it

The only criticism i have is that the 8 bolts that hold the assembly to the truck bed were secured with plain nuts and no lock washer and they are out of sight hidden under the bed rail

Every other bolt had a nyloc type nut and is plainly visible
