Pros & Cons
Pros
The paper is of excellent quality as is the adhesion of the flap on the envelope. The adhesive is strong and sticks well. They are sturdy but not too thick.
The color is just as advertised. Very impressive quality. A quality feature at an economical price.
Cons
The self adhesive flap is very thin and flimsy. The color is pretty- the adhesive though is pretty much useless.
These are the white, not colored, envelopes. I usually do copperplate calligraphy on my envelopes and i’m not sure how it can stand withstand the ink nor the sharp nib of my dip pen.
Second, they are advertised as 80lb lux paper. These are absolutely not 80lb thickness.
