The back fo the frame is held on by metal bendable tabs which may be the weak point of this if you are in the habit of constantly changing pictures

As you can see the picture frame can be rotated either portrait or landscape as well due to the inclusion of two different hanging tabs on the back of the frame

For a 12 x 8 picture i would have expectedhoped that the hole in the mount would be slightly smaller not the same size as the photo

As other reviews have said you need to peel off protective plastic from both sides of the glass

Remove both the plastic films and put the glass back in put in the poster then replace the backing making sure the clip for handing is at the top of the poster
