Pros
Fits a little loose on a new samsung 43” tv (which is how i wanted it to fit). Fit nearly perfect for my tv. You will need to make small holes for your tv mounting bracket screws for a proper snug fit.
The material is think and it's assembled nicely. Very durable and easy to put on.
Easy to install, provides full time coverage with easy to roll up front screen protector. Super easy & fast to unzip and use. Zips to flip cover up and over the back of tv.
The cover works very well for a covered or semi covered outdoor area. Although our tv is under an overhang i have no doubt it would keep moisture out. Love the first one for our patio tv.
Cons
May be loose fitting on newer thin screens. They have no intention of honoring the warranty.

The 55inch tv i have outside is half the thickness of the cover itself so the cannot fully velcro the bottom part of the cover correctly

Note this cover does the job it was intended for but is not tall enough to cover the add on sound bar
