After returning that and getting a replacement the replacements input jacks were placed fine but the dvr could not connect to the cameras in the package nor any cameras that i already had
The unit powered on and i could get into all the settings menus but could no images were visible from any of the camera inputs i tried all 8 channelsnot going to bother with a third try too much time wasted with this product
