I find this stuff invaluable. Cheaper on amazon than in most health food shops.

Cons
Too strong in alcohol and flavour. Next morning felt i had been poisoned. If you have serious sleeping problem, honestly avoid it.

I didnt really notice a difference in mood to be honest as not used religiously due to its taste
